* Gift cards and certificates are valid from 1 year of purchase date. Please be sure to present your certificate when services are rendered. Lost gift cards and certificates will not be honored, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sorry No Refunds. |
* For your protection, please wear the smock provided for you. |
* Please give 48 hour notice when canceling any spa package. |
* When booking a service please inform Receptionist of any potential health issues, or the possibility of pregnancy.

* We cannot make substitutions in packages. We will be pleased to customize any package to fit your need. |

* Please arrive 15 minutes early when scheduled for spa services to allow time to check in and fill out consultation forms. We recommend that jewelry and valuables be left at home.

* Salons are not safe places for children. In the interest of their safety and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you watch them carefully, or make appropriate arrangements to avoid inconvenience to our other clients.

* Children will not be allowed upstairs in the spa area unless they are receiving a service. Thank You for your cooperation. |
* Retail products may be returned if unused and within 60 days of purchase. |
